Loop Kitchen Royalty-Free Sample Licence 1. Scope and licence grant This agreement applies to samples, compositions, stems and MIDI supplied by Loop Kitchen in Aperitivo, Slow Simmer Vol. 1, Secret Sauce Vol. 1 and Soul Food Vol. 1, including those packs supplied in The Full Platter (the “Sounds”). When you obtain a covered pack through an authorised purchase or download, Loop Kitchen grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the Sounds as part of your own musical compositions, sound recordings and audiovisual productions (your “Projects”), subject to this agreement. 2. What you can do You may edit, chop, stretch, pitch, replay, combine and otherwise adapt the Sounds in your Projects. You may commercially release, distribute, stream, perform, broadcast, monetise and synchronise your Projects, including independent releases, major or independent label releases, beat sales or leases, client work, film, television, games, advertising, podcasts and online video. You may permit labels, distributors, clients and collaborators to exploit your completed Projects, but only with the Sounds embedded in those Projects and subject to the restrictions below. 3. No further clearance or royalty payments No additional sample clearance, permission, fee, royalty, revenue share, advance share or publishing share is owed to Loop Kitchen for uses permitted by this agreement. There are no stream-count, sales, revenue or label-size thresholds. These rights continue after the pack is no longer sold. This does not remove any separate obligations you may have to third parties for other material in your Project. 4. Ownership and credit Loop Kitchen retains ownership of the original Sounds. You retain the rights in your original contributions and completed Projects, subject to Loop Kitchen’s underlying rights in the Sounds. Other producers may lawfully use the same Sounds. Buying a pack does not make the Sounds exclusive to you, and you cannot promise exclusivity over them when selling a beat or Project. Credit to Loop Kitchen or El Train is appreciated but is not required. 5. What you cannot do You may not sell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the Sounds as standalone files, in isolation, or as part of a sample pack, loop library, sound library, virtual instrument or other product that supplies reusable sounds. This restriction also applies to edited versions and stems that allow the Sounds to be extracted and reused as source material. Do not share the pack with someone who has not obtained their own licence. Sharing files with collaborators is allowed only as reasonably necessary to work on your Project; they do not gain permission to use the Sounds in unrelated Projects. You may not present an unaltered Sound or full composition as an original recording created solely by you. 6. Content ID and automated claims You must not register the Sounds themselves, or claim exclusive rights in shared sample portions, through Content ID or another automated rights-management system. Do not use your Project to make copyright claims against another producer’s authorised use of the same Sounds. If registering your own original material with a rights-management service, disclose the non-exclusive samples and ensure that shared portions are excluded from automated claims in accordance with the service’s rules. Commercial release and monetisation permission does not guarantee eligibility for Content ID. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of this licence as evidence of your permission to use the Sounds. 7. Exclusive commissions Bespoke commissions, exclusivity, ownership transfers and any other custom rights must be agreed separately in writing before work begins. Buying a catalogue pack does not include those rights. The terms of a separately signed bespoke agreement govern that commission. 8. Breach and other rights If you breach this agreement, Loop Kitchen may notify you in writing and request that you stop the prohibited use. If a material breach is not corrected within 30 days of notice, Loop Kitchen may terminate your licence for the affected Sounds. Rights already granted to third parties in compliant completed Projects are not automatically revoked. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. 9. Governing law and contact This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Questions about licensing, proof of purchase or bespoke commissions can be sent to info@loopkitchen.co.uk.
